Webviewer a bit slow to load

Webviewer slow to load sites

I published an app with a webviewer that loads a few different sites each by clicking on a button. The loading time is noticeably slow. Whereas it takes 0-2 seconds to load each site on my iPhone 11 in Chrome, it can take 1-10 seconds to load the same site(s) in a webviewer in my published app on the same device. Is that just the way the webviewer works? Any tips for speeding loading up?
