Using Online Ordering URL in Web viewer

I am creating an app for a Tea Shop. The Tea Shop is using Clover POS. Clover has its own online ordering URL. I used this url in a web viewer as a screen to accept orders. The app is still in development phase.

Did anyone of you published this kind of app to Google or Apple? How’s the difficulty for them to approve it?

Additional concern for this is how and where to acknowledge the use of Clover brand? How should I state the Privacy, and Terms and Conditions pertaining to Clover as they have their own in the URL?

The questions are specific to this use case and to App Store and Play Store so you should not expect a reply and if there is a reply about Stores approval then you might not / should not get the same result when you publish yours.
