[URGENT] Very Annoying... Screen (spent HOURS) deleted by bug

I clicked the delete button on blank screen-deletion message and then nothing happened so I clicked it once more. After few seconds, My blank screen and the screen that I spent HOURS have been deleted also. Ctrl (CMD) + Z or closing the tab doesn’t work to undo. Could you please check out the server version that contains my screen?
OR JUST ANY WAYS TO RECOVER???

Sorry.
There is no way to recover your project.
Next time create backups of your projects.
If it happens next time DO NOT DELETE a second time instead refresh the page.
That always works for me.
