URGENT: Screenshot needed (App store rejection)

Hi @Mark and @domhnallohanlon and maybe others from the thunkable staff,

I try to publish my app and got the third (!) rejection yesterday, because my screenshots are not sufficient. They say:

" Guideline 2.3.3 - Performance - Accurate Metadata

We noticed that your screenshots do not sufficiently reflect your app in use.

Specifically, your 12.9-inch iPad Pro, 12.9-inch iPad Pro (3rd Generation), and 6.5-inch iPhone screenshots do not sufficiently display the actual app in use."

Could you please help me? I tried to make my own screenshots, but I do not own an iPad.

My project:

App name “COLLUMINA”
Apple-ID: 1495187043

Many thanks in advance,
Michael

that link is not showing anything.

Did you get the actual screenshots? I sign up to get some screenshot but never got an email back with them.

my app was rejected for different reasons but my screenshots were made in photoshop, it was fine with them i assume.

When you share a project link, users can’t follow it. Can you post a “share” link generated by pressing the share button from within the app designer
