Translator app -- expanded to include all 93 languages with Local DB component

Hey Thunkers,

Thanks to the recent launch of the Local DB component, I updated the popular Translator sample app to include all the languages supported by the Yandex API.

Yes, that means even Icelandic – so you can say thanks to your new friend for a great ride.
