The problem of putting the data on screen 1 to screen 2

i have 2 screens, screen 1 contains 2 buttons, button 1 is job 1, button 2 is work 2. in screen 2 there is only label 1 . when i press button 1 it will go to screen 2 and label 1 will show as task 1, when i press button 2 it will go to screen 2 and label 1 will show as task 2. please guide block
