I noticed that when you enable screen scrolling, all elements, including ones that have an absolute position, also scroll. Is there a way to make it so not all element scroll with the page?

Which absolute one you used?
The one in the height and width or the one in advanced property.
You should Use a row or collum And thier property to scrollable and Place your components in there.
If you set the screen to scrollable everything Will scroll.
