While my keyboard opens it would have a shift key pressed, so first letter always will be typed capital. I was wondering if i could change keyboard type to type first letter as lowercase by default.
No, you can’t but you can change the text to lowercase after it’s typed:

Can i change the system setting of auto capitalize to off ?
Try changing Auto-Capitalize – the last setting in the screenshot below – to “none” (it works on my iPhone):
