Responsive - Landscape does not fill the screen

Hi, Newbe here. x.thunkable.com, OSX, Safari

Just added a simple label of a couple of paragraphs with orientation set to auto. When testing the text does rotate to landscape but DOES NOT fill the new screen width, but stays the fixed width of the portrait screen.

Videos on uTube say set width to fill, or something, but they all look to be on a different version, older? Newer? I can’t find anything in help because I think this should just work. But obviously I’m missing something basic.

Suggestions?
Thanks, Frank

Welcome to Thunkable

The suggestions in the YouTube videos are referring to the StP UI and from your explanation you are using the DnD UI in which this feature is not yet available.

Thank you. Does that mean then I can’t create an app that is responsive, or just that it does not display correctly in web preview? The website shows that you can upload responsive apps, so still a bit confused.

Thanks, Frank

You have the choice to start your project as DnD when the try it out checkbox is ticked or the StP when the box is unchecked.
