Here is a project I put together to ask the user to rate your app on Google Play upon exiting the app. It has a “Remind me later” feature and a “Rate it” feature. It will continue to appear when exiting if the user keeps hitting “Remind me later”. It will not appear again if the user clicks the “Rate it” button. You will need to customize the URL to your app.
