I’m writing to ask if you could please help me with an issue I’m having. My team and I recently created an app using Thunkable. We tried to download the project file, but we weren’t able to successfully complete the download. Unfortunately, we have now reached the limit of allowed downloads (2 times), even though we never managed to actually get the file.
Would it be possible to reset our download attempts so we can try again? We just need to export the project once, and we’d be very grateful for your help with this.

This is a monthly limit, so you will definitely get another chance to download the app.
I’m assuming you received the download email that Thunkable sent you. It’s possible that your phone may not have enough storage, based on your app. Try checking if you can delete some unnecessary files, photos, emails, and other items that won’t be needed and try again.
I’m not sure if the monthly limit resets to May 1st, 2025 or 30 days later, but you will definitely get some time.
During your wait, you should probably check your files and clear out your junk.
