Hi. Is there plans to have an openAI key be set in the project properties, like Firebase, etc., instead of within the component itself?
One reason I ask is that, if one were to create a Module for OpenAI, the client using the module would have to send the key in as a Module method, so it would be exposed.

I cannot attest to this feature specifically within Modules but for Thunkable projects in general, I know there is a group currently looking into how to protect sensitive information like API keys that are used in Thunkable apps.
We will provides updates as this planning moves forward.
