Only PRO members can download or publish with AdMob

Hi,
I never used admob. In a different application I tried the Coudinary but I deleted it.
Since then I cannot download my app because “Only PRO members can download or publish with AdMob”

Please help me!

When you add AdMob to your project or you used a shared project that used AdMob then you will need to ask support to reset your project to clear the AdMob reference after removing it from the project.

I did not add AdMob and I did not use any shared project.
I am really beginner: How can I ask support to reset my project?
