Need help with BLE

Hi, I want to read temperature from an BLE temperature beacon.
I have two brands: BlueMaestro C5325D01 and the Brifit (ThermoBeacon).
After scanning BLE I can see both with name or with ID.
I can connect to them, but after that I do not know how to read the temperature. Tried several UUIDs, but always gives an error “Cannot read characteristics”.

Is there someone familiar with communication on thermobeacons?

Did you try using a third-party app like Light Blue to read the UUIDs first and then use those in Thunkable?

Are there any docs/links for the above mentioned hardware?
