I am trying to show multiple items that are in near the users current location can I do this??

Iā€™m not sure I understand what you mean.

It is expected that you will save the latitude, longitude, title and description in some form of table and database to read them and apply them in the map. So you will save and recall the data from Airtable or any other storage form.
