iOS downloaded app doesn't open

Hello,
I’ve searched the community but didn’t find a solution to my problem.
First, I’m quite new to Thunkable, I’ve done my first app recently.
When I download it to Android, everything works fine.
When I download to iOS (on an iPhone 6, iOS 12.5.7) the app is installed BUT :

• the app doesn’t even start when I click on its icon.
• the icon doesn’t load (it’s all grey)
• After restarting the iPhone, the problem is unchanged.
  Could anybody help me, or even tell me where to start to have some kind of help with this ?

How did you test it on iOS?
Have you published it on Testflight?
