Invalid API Key - Airtable Data Source

Hi domhnallohanlon,

I did many way to do it again:

  • Clear cache, cookies…
  • Refresh browser
  • Use another browser such as Edge, firefox
  • Re-use another API key which is integrated successfully before.
But all are not work so far.
Please help to check. Thank you so much.

I did all the same things with no success.

Same here, tried multiple browsers, clearing cache, hard restart, 3 different computers, and 3 different Airtable accounts. All of those work without a problem with other integrations, so it doesn’t seem to be on the Airtable side of things.

No way to solve clearing cache.
I even tried from different devices and browsers with same results. INVALID API KEY.

Tried it in Safari and in Chrome, refreshed… nope.

The same for me.

Figured I’d Share

Same problem for me!
Tried with Chrome and Firefox, cleaning history and cache, no success.

Hi @domhnallohanlon - could you please provide any updates and let us know when this will be fixed?

Thanks!

Hi,

I just tested it again, the problem still there, could not integrate the API key. Please help to solve it. Thank you.

Same Issue,
I have absolutely no idea what the issue could be, but I followed Youtube tutorials on the integration of Airtable and it appears to work for them.

I believe this is an important issue to resolve because many Thunkable app creators rely on a seamlessly integrated database to have a functioning app.

Hi everyone,

Thanks for bringing this issue up. I think I see what might be causing it and am working on a fix now. We will have to do some testing to ensure it works and then include it in a release. We should be able to get it it resolved early next week. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Thanks,

Same problem for me!

Hi Steven,

Thank you for updating and looking forward on this, thanks Thunkable Team.

I hope you’ll fix Google sheets too, because it is also not working here :frowning:

Sorry, what isn’t working for you with Google Sheets? I will take a look if you can give me an idea as to what the issue is that you’re experiencing.

Dear Steven, thanks for your interest in this problem.
I just cannot log into Google and get any sheets out of it, and I think I’m not alone.
Here’s another thread where other people have the same problem, there’s even a screen recording of it.

Thanks, I’ll take a look and see if we can get these issues resolved.

Just so everyone knows I tried adding an Airtable data source and I am happy to say that it finally works and you no longer get the invalid api key error. Thank you Thunkable team for fixing this issue.
