While I am creating signup with firebase sign up, in thunkable I am not able to find the From…email text input to Get… block in Logic section.
Can anyone help, please…

The “From” text was removed in the last development platform update.
However, the same block name remain without change. So just omit “From” and search for the component name.
The one you are looking for is under Sign-In component. You need to first add the Sign-In component to your project to be able to see the email block in the Sign-In drawer.
