How to prevent duplicate image getting loaded to Cloudinary

I asked Cloudinary the above question and they said that they have a new Beta feature called as Cloudinary Duplicate Image Detection (Beta)
Cloudinary Duplicate Image Detection Add-on | Cloudinary.
If you check the above documentation they expect the loader to enable certain parameters to trigger image duplication detection.

As you can see Thunkable is not listed here. So what do we do? Please advice.
