Is there a quick and easy way to rename items on a list? And also is there an easy way to re order the list items? As far as i can i can tell im unable to manually rename a list item or reposition it without having to delete the entire list and re enter? Im convinced i must be doing something wrong as highly doubt this feature is not available.

The list “set” (aka “insert at”) block will allow you to change a list item:

In regards to the re-ordering…I have a really long list, and the order of the list is incorrect in some places. I wish to move some of the list items around, is this possible?
