That block is part of the older “snap to place” interface. You’re probably using the newer “drag and drop” interface. You’ll find the replacement block here:

Minor correction, the blocks editor was upgraded for both platforms - hopefully all the blocks should be more “human readable” now, but some older tutorials might have slight variations from the current version of the platform.
