I want to make an animation when i first open the APP.
There are no guide on this.

Can you explain what type of animation you wish to do?
Currently I have a gif but I know thunkable only accept Lottie. Anyway to convert it?
You might be able to create something on http://lottiefiles.com
You always will see the logo at first ( your logo if you are pro if not the thunkable logo ) than you can add a screen with a lotti fille and a timer 
Drop a animation block into the page and upload the file that you downloaded on lotti
