There is something wrong in the screen shots. There is no consistency.
Your blocks show:
usa
/
region
/
But sometimes
usa
/
country
/
And another time
usa
/
united
/
And now your database screenshot shows only “usa” without the other key (region, country, United)

Yes thisState variable. What about it. Just a variable. You can call it whatever name you like. It is storing a NUMBER.
You can change the name and call it iLoveThunkable. It will still hold a NUMBER and work the same way.
The important thing is: with this code, did you get the list you want?
