You need to delete the existing APK and App from your device (any app that has the same App/Bundle ID). Then download the app.
Thx. I will do so, but what must I put in the (Bundle) ID fields then. I did not put anything in there, it was in there and I just left it as is. I do not have a clue what to do there.
And if I delete the apk files, will Thunkable give me 3 chances to redo it before 31 Dec24? As Im on the previous FREE app option that expires 31 Dec and which had better options than now. E.g. unlimited Screens, etc. My 3 apps has 24 screens each.

1). Where can I find my 3 projectās correct App/Bundle IDs? (As I think this could be the (or part of) the problem with my 3 apk files that changes when I download the next apk).
2). Will Thunkable be so kind to give me 3 new free apk downloads after the above Bundle ID problem is fixed? So that I can save these 3 new apk downloads, to install later after I find and fix the reason/problem why my Samsung A6+ Android phone flashes something like āNot installedā and "UNKNOWN Stagingā¦ " when I try to install the apk files.

It is not possible to have at the same time installed multiple apps with the same App/Bundle ID.
To avoid issues you can set a different App/Bundle ID on every project and activate the āAuto-increment Versionā in the project settings.
The Free plan currently offers 2 testing downloads per month that expire after 72 hours. If you want to allow some users to have distribution downloads (these do not expire), the Builder plan allows for 25 distribution downloads each month.

I created it for my disabled grandsonās education, as he is very keen to learn and he now only has to tap on the pairs).

PLUS: will I be able then to re-download the 3 NEW apk files on the previous FREE plan after the 31/12/24, as the issue with the 3 APKs (and the struggle this time of year to get help in time) caused that I could not fix this problem in time.
(Iām the grandma and 24/7 caregiver of my grandson who has the rare and life threatening disease Propionic Acidemia. He is very housebound, cannot write, stand or walk and is on a 20/7 feeding machine as his body does not have the enzymes to process protein).

Iāve read it all, but still donāt know how I can make each ID unique. Where will I see what should be in the ID field?

To download 3 APKs in the same month, you need at least the builder plan.
On the free plan, you can use the Thunkable Live app
I just want to thank you for your advice re changing the Bundle IDs of all 3 projects and give them each an unique name. Im sure that if I knew in time that the same name that auto appeared in the Bundle ID Fields of al three apps could cause all the background colors to change to the latest APKās color each time I downloaded a new APK file.
Iām just now VERY SAD that I wonāt be able to redo the 3 APKs for Free. It is such a great loss to me and my grandsonās education. And to now also loose all my hard work feels terrible to me as well. 
(I think Thunkable must rather leave the ID Field empty and just put that auto name just below the field as an example. And saying that this mandatory Field MUST be a unique name for each project. By the word Bundle I also understood it as a place where all my projects are put into as a bundle.

THANK YOU IOANNIS for the GREAT advice to delete all the previous problematic APKs and changing my Bundle ID to UNIQUE names/IDs and the 3 example IDs you gave me, as after this all my APKs came/worked right (no hiccups or glitches anymore! What a wonderful feeling at last!
THANK YOU TATIANG for the GREAT advice to streamline my Variables and NOT keep on creating new ones, but reselect them when needed! And for the extra effort youāve put in to help me to get my score counts right - it works 100% now! This way I could also finish my 3 apps much quicker!

Yes, he can tap with ease. It is the dragging in the kiddies apps that he battles with as he also has dystonia. Otherwise he is quite clever, enjoys his school work, challenges, exploring and a very positive little chap. He taught himself English and now started to learn Spanish.

Our kids love learning languages. They both took Mandarin K-8 and our younger daughter is taking it in high school. Our older kid took Spanish in high school and is starting college in a couple weeks. My wife was a recreation therapist for many years and helped people with disabilities and brain injuries learn or modify activities they enjoy doing.
Oh, thanks for sharing the good news of your family. Isnāt Mandarin a very difficult language to learn?
So, having a wife who worked with special needs kids I suppose you will also know how difficult it is to find the right ways to educate disabled/slightly brain damaged/sick kids, but it is all worth it in the end. Although my grandson is very homebound, he is quite wise AND street wise for his age and circumstances, plus very sympathetic towards other kids and adults. (he only saw the inside of a shop at 5.5 years).
