Help! I am having trouble with my written question!

I created a a quiz app but whenever, I test it on preview it keeps saying correct even if the answer is wrong. I have try to make it be able to detect but whenever it is emplace, all answer keeps saying “incorrect.” Please help!

Where are you seeing incorrect? I have answered this first question with “Because it broke…” and it is showing up as correct.
