I believe this should not be the end buddy, wait the problem is about to be solved.
I made an inquiry to the support of Ecwid. When they answer me I will return information. Certainly the access tokens I have do not give me access to the data I am looking for.
After they sent me the new access token, everything works now. Apparently the problem was really in accessing their base.
