Questions about Thunkable

I just got a message from Google stating that my app should get rid of READ_MEDIA_IMAGES and READ_MEDIA_VIDEO more or less soon, or otherwise provide with some special explanation or seek some extra time to address the issue. Any idea what I should do now? So, probably obvious, but my app is published via Thunkable.

Could you please try to publish an update for your app on the Google Play Store?
You can find the steps in our docs: Publish to Play Store (Android) with AAB | Thunkable Docs
Also, please remove the old builds.
