Firebase rules issue no more access anymore

I thought I understood a minimum of the use of firebase rules and above all I relied on Thunkable and its sign in block
I wanted to use these rules

and then I no longer have access to the data

I went through different posts (which I have to reread apparently) including this one

update :
if I don’t use the sign in block: no data
if I use the sign block and I use any email or password I have access to the data in one screen but not in another
