Hello everyone.

I want to compare two photos uploaded to my app and see if the faces match using microsoft cognitive services. Basically after comparing them I want to get the confidenceLevel and make a decision in APP.

I am not sure if I can use Image recognition to do this? If I can´t can I do it via web API? Can anyone help me out please?

What makes you difficult? Take two images, send them for recognition and after that analyze the received description. After that, check the tags from these descriptions for a match. If there is a match, then decide that the image is the same person.
