The above one is a dynamic variable.
Wich means it can be created by a user.
With a name and value input from the user or yourself.

So The one below is done by me and the one above is changed by the user @sketch ?

But i once tried to change variable like setappvariablecarto"textinput1'stext"
And it worked

This may be a better explanation.
The block Creates a new one if it doesn’t exist with name and value.
And if the name already exist it only changes the value.
