If you are talking about the mobile web version of your app, you can always see this using the web preview option, this is free for all users!
Unfortunately, we cannot upgrade accounts for only certain features, even if just for a small trial.
However, I have gone and published one of our sample apps, an Inventory Manager app, as a responsive web app for you to see. We would be happy to answer any specific questions you may have.
