It appears that sometime in the last week, the Data Source “List of Values” block (when pointing to a Google Sheet data source) no longer included the header row. Did anyone else notice this change? Will this be a permanent change?

It would be a great help to announce changes that affect data in advance (or at least at the time of release). All of my code using data sources now must be changed to NOT expect the header row.
