CSS reference for HTML file

The web viewer in X is really cool. Really like the idea where we can just enter the html file name in wen url and the page loads!

I just have a doubt if there is a way to refer to external css file that can also be stored in the app? I know we can add all the custom css to individual html doc, I was wondering if there is way, where we can just point out at the css. It will be supercool feature if not already available.
