Can't sign up in Thunkable Gram app

When I open the Thunkable Gram app, I see this.

After trying repeatedly to sign up, each time with a different email adress, I decided to ask for help here.

PS: As you can see from the screenshot, when i press the “Get Started” button, a message appears under the password.

I confirm this on iOS.

I did not check all the work of the app, but I saw it right away.

The same mistake is in the Translator app.
