Can I share my app url with custom data and get this custom data when loading(Or parse URL)

What I want to achieve ?

Like in PHP there is a function like, Example Domain
And when the website loading you can request($user) to get the value 12345.

I could not find ways to do such things in thunkable, can someone guide ,thanks!
