Can I manipulate the pages people see in the drawer navigator?

I want to have the user open the navigator but not be able to see some of the pages and when they are in another page, they can see it.

Is there a way that I can manipulate that?

Can you explain further?

The navigator will show the screens in it but not the screens outside it. You can add only some some screens to the navigator and leave other screens outside it.
