Hello, I am creating an application that is currently published in the amazon app store, and when I wanted to update it, it wrote app not installed. version code is 3 version is 3.0 but it doesn’t work what can i do?

Have you tried updating your version code to 3.1? (or 4.0 for that matter!) It sounds like the requirement here is to have a new version code, right?
