My Thunkable app has been built in the Google Play Store, finishing all processes until the Close Test steps, during which my app status is under “fully Roll-out”. However several users whose E-mails are enlisted for close testing, cannot download/install the App. The screen display shows the sign that says, "Cannot find the App. I am so blinded of how to correct this. Please advise and give the reasons.
Are they signed into Google Play on their device with the same email that was sent to them when you opened the testing track? Are these emails with a Google account, that is required for testing.
