I can’t find any component blocks on ThunkableX (any label, any button …)

I’m new to thunkable and very about worried which one I have to learn…
I wanna learn ThunkableX coz it’s cross platform but I can’t find any good tutorial video on youtube…
should I learn Thunkable Classic…?
“any label, any button” - there are no such blocks in the current version of X.
