I would like to have an app. which when I get the message from back end, it start to alarm e.g. ring or song.
Can you advise me about it?

Would you be using the Web API component for the messages?
You can use the sound component if you want to play a sound such as a ringing or an alarm.
Is that the kind of thing you are thinking of?
