Admob: Submit your app for approval while I don't use it

Hi,

Thunkable is asking me to approve my app for Admob but I am not using any admob component!
.
This is happening since today.
Is it a bug?

If you added the AdMob component and then removed it, you will receive this message.
Contact support to reset your project and you should be fine.
