My app, Bixby, has recently surpassed over 50,000 installs in a little over a month. To celebrate, I have just pushed a brand new update taking advantage of Thunkable’s new features, including push notifications and the FAB component. I also used the dialogs and webviewer dialog extension by @ILoveThunkable. Here is the link:
Having 50,000 install I a very good thing. What you have to do now is to use that to your advantage. Improve your app, get good ratings and enhance performance of app. That will help you increase retention.
Compile all negative reviews and see if you can put in place what they are demanding. Those that you can , do it. Those that you can’t, you may ask the community for help. Don’t just give up because of bad reviews. Seek to improve the app.
Good luck

He is earning all those installs, because of the name of the app. The point is that he is using word Bixby which in this case is Samsung’s assistant. That’s the only thing, why he has 50k installs.
You can critize, but calling someone kid & reporting someone with intention is not what we in our community. Especially, you are the one that should read Google Play rules. Apps that breaks copyright, trademark or rights are being removed from the store. There is only trademark for Samsung Bixby, not just the word Bixby

Hello everyone, I first apologize for my English. I would like to give you some advice, solve the negative comments and upload your ranking or in a few weeks Google Play will stop showing your app in the top positions, follow the advice you are told, keep the app updated and make a follow-up of the active users for know the trend that will take your app (thousands of downloads and few active users = little life on Google Play). Take advantage now that gives the name of the app and upload a good update. I have a game with 160000 downloads and only 800 active users and with much effort I keep them

Why? You should come up with your own name and logo. That is what we said a few months ago. I think you will get trouble if you are going thru with this
