I am a mentor and we stumbled on this simple task, that is, to check if a text box is empty. Initially we did not have the empty/trim part, we just had a blank Text box. We ran the program and just hit the Button without touching anyone of the 3 Text boxes. The loop did not break!! We asked ChatGPT and got a very good answer thought of sharing. The basic mistake we did was we assumed what our “eyes saw”. Just because we see it empty, it need not be empty. It might have space or some other special characters and the best thing is trim or use empty and let Thunkable decide. This is a very important thing to teach our students that assume nothing. Just wanted to share this and appreciate Thunkable for their rigor!!
