Web viewer privacy

Hello,

I would like to build an app to view content on a website that requires users to login.

My question is, if they are using the Web viewer to access the site with their login details, how secure is their login details.

On the app I would setup local storage of their login details but is it logged or tracked anywhere else. @domhnallohanlon
