V437 Release Notes

This version of Thunkable was released on December 19, 2023. It is the last release of 2023.

Blocks

  • Fixed an issue where certain properties of the Button, Label, and Switch components were not being displayed in the Blocks editor.

  • Fixed an issue where the get row object block was crashing apps built with a Local Data Source.

User Interface (UI) Components

  • Fixed an issue where the Rating, Switch, and Checkbox components visibility property was not being correctly displayed in the Design editor.

  • Fixed button sizing issue when resizing the screen size of a responsive web app.

  • Fixed an issue when a Label component has the number of lines defined, it was not possible to make the component invisible in web apps.

  • Fixed an issue with the Maps component where the location finding button was not displaying properly in Android built apps.

  • Fixed an issue where browser controls in the Web Viewer component were not working properly on web apps.

  • Fixed UI issues with the Date and Time Picker components on web.

  • Fixed an issue where the Web Viewer component was not working properly when used in a Custom Component.

Settings

  • Fixed an issue where project privacy could not be changed via My Projects page.

  • Fixed an issue where the color of some icons in the Component Gallery of Snap to Place projects were incorrect.

  • Fixed issue where some help buttons for components in the ‘Add Components’ panel or for specific blocks do not appear to work properly

  • Fixed an issue where the “Enter your own Google Map API Keys” button was not correctly redirecting to Project Settings.

Please keep in mind that you may need to do a hard refresh of your browser for the changes to take effect in your project. If you experienced any of these issues on the Thunkable Live app, you will need to update to the latest version through the App Store and/or Google Play Store before any changes will occur. If your downloaded or published app is affected by any of these issues, you will need to re-download or re-publish your app for these changes to take effect.
