This is what i am getting when i try to add the new apk of my app even if i change the version code and version name still i am getting this error message.
“You can’t roll out this release because it doesn’t allow any existing users to upgrade to the newly added APKs”

Are there any incomplete or missing sections on your release? Typically people forget to include a release note.
If you have a screenshot of you Google Play console that might help too.
