Tinder-like swipe pile app

Hi,

I’m thinking about creating an app that features a tinder-like swipe pile, I have never used thunkable before and would like to know if this app builder is appropriate for this kind of thing, and if in theory I could make it go as far as not repeating the items that have been swiped left ever again for the user.
