Your project sounds really well put together already, and it’s great to hear you’re building something child-safe and purpose-driven. You’ve clearly done a lot of the hard groundwork, which is ideal for getting to a clean MVP.

Of course, happy to clarify. Yes, I have worked on apps aimed at children before. I’m bound by NDAs on client work so I can’t go into specific app names or share projects directly, but I have worked on several child-focused and youth-focused applications.
Most recently, I’ve helped develop an app that supports neurodivergent children with structuring and forming sentences, and another that provides guided tools to help young people manage exam and performance stress. Both projects required careful handling of content, data, and user flows with safeguarding and usability very much in mind.
If you have any specific concerns or requirements around child safety or data handling, I’m very happy to talk those through.
