Hi, I have a question: I created an app in thunkable that also uses onesignal push notifications. I followed all the steps carefully for both android and ios devices. For android everything works fine, while for IOS devices I can’t get the subscriptions. The devices don’t appear at all in the subscription list. Can you please give me some advice on what I should check. The strange thing is that in previous versions of the app, IOS worked fine and the subscriptions had no problems. Thanks for any help
@pmginvestda6z Generally, the setup for OneSignal is the same for iOS and Android now. Could you share with us the blocks for setting up the API call?
I achived to setup an ios device as a subscription in one signal account. I have two test subscription, one android and one ios. When I sent a test message, android device received but ios device didn’t receive the test push notif. It failed for ios. What is wrong?
I would double check the push notification settings to make sure the IOS App Id is correct.
