How do you change the background of a Data List Viewer Functionality. I have made one but it does not seem to have a background color. Could anyone please help with this?

The default Data List Viewer template is not intended for much customization. If you are wanting to customize elments of a Data Viewer (List or Grid), our suggestion would be to create your own Custom Data Viewer. The link in Docs for that is here:
